What is included in your CanSAGE3 registration fee?

  • CanSAGE Membership: Physicians, residents, fellows, and medical students who register and attend CanSAGE3 are granted member status and the associated reduction to the CanSAGE3 conference registration fee.

  • Thursday: Opening session and meet-and-greet.

  • Friday: Early AM industry session, clinical and research sessions, light breakfast, AM and PM breaks plus lunch in exhibit hall (opens at 09:30), CanSAGE AGM (Annual General Meeting), and the industry networking reception.

  • Saturday: Early AM industry session, clinical and research sessions, light breakfast, AM break and lunch in the exhibit hall (opens at 09:30).

What is NOT included in your CanSAGE3 registration fee?

  • Boot Camp

  • Expert Lunch: Ticketed event on Thursday; maximum 25 participants

  • Après CanSAGE3 – Conference gala: ticketed event on Saturday; maximum 100 participants; $185 per person (includes transportation, gondola, dinner and 5% GST)

  • Tickets for Accompanying Persons: Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the Thursday meet-and-greet, the Friday reception, and the Saturday Après CanSAGE3 gala.
    Tickets must be purchased prior to published deadlines.

Curly Dog Communications Inc. is an agent of the Canadian Society for the Advancement of Gynecologic Excellence (CanSAGE) and all registration fees and taxes collected in trust on their behalf will be remitted to CanSAGE.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

If you need to cancel your conference registration, refunds (less a $50 administration fee) will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by the Secretariat by August 17, 2018. All refunds will only be issued after the Conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 17, 2018, but transfers are possible with permission of the Secretariat.
